About Me

I am a Postdoctoral Fellow at McGill University in the Department of Pediatrics. I am currently working on elucidating the cellular and molecular mechanisms driving posterior neural crest cell specification and differentiation within the context of splicing related disorders in the Jerome-Majewska research group. My work is funded for the next two years by the McGill Mid Third Century Scholars (M3C) Postdoctoral Fellowship Program. My career aspirations are to run a research group at an underrepresented minority-serving institution and strengthen my research skills and mentoring toolsets.
